Public Notice: Hutchins & Co Solicitors Merger
Effective 20 October 2025, Hutchins & Co Solicitors will cease to trade and will merge into TP Legal Ltd.
From this date, TP Legal Ltd will be the successor practice to Hutchins & Co Solicitors. TP Legal Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under SRA number 567465.
You can verify this information on the SRA’s “Find a Solicitor” website.
Hutchins & Co will continue to operate using the trading style of TP Legal Ltd. This means there will be no interruption to ongoing matters, and all clients’ files and monies will be safely transferred to TP Legal Ltd. Email addresses and office location will remain the same. Current Hutchins contact numbers will be registered to the Law Society as TP Legal LTD on 20 October 2025.
There will be no change to your current terms and conditions, nor to the case handler or team handling your matter. Your case will continue seamlessly under TP Legal Ltd.
If you have any queries regarding your matter or client-account funds, please contact us directly using the contact details published for TP Legal Ltd on the Law Society’s website or via TP Legal’s website.
